Support

Something not adding up, a trade that didn't behave, a question about a signal — open a ticket and we answer in the thread.

Open a ticket

Sign in, then go to your account (or the Support link in the footer) and hit Get help. A ticket already knows who you are and which wallet is linked, so there's no need to explain that — just tell us what you expected and what happened, and paste a token or tx hash if there's one.

Your tickets live at hoodini.sh/support: open one to read the thread and reply. A ticket is open when the ball's in our court and answered when it's in yours. Closing one is never final — writing again reopens it.

A ticket is private to you: nobody but you and the team can read the thread.

Or DM us

You can also reach @hoodiniapp on X. A ticket is better for anything touching your wallet or a specific trade — it keeps the thread in one place and doesn't ask you to paste an address into a DM.

Magic? No, just numbers and bytes.
